Fontconfig conf files improvements for gedit

== Intro
In the past, the mixed English and Chinese document in gedit has some mis-aligned problems with bullets items.

This problem may be caused by different fonts used by "*", etc.
See the example "pango test.txt".
And the problem is shown in "before change.png".

== Improvements
I tried some changes in gedit, and found that if I customize the font to some English font in gedit preference dialog, the mis-aligned problems are gone.

So I tweaked the fontconfig files to simulate the above changes.
And the problem is gone shown in "after change.png".

Guess the above changes has increased the priority of "DejaVu Sans Mono" font, to be used for "*" in both lines.

== Miscs
This changes need to use the binding="strong" clause for font family name.
I only changed monospace font family, as gedit and gnome-terminal only uses monospace by default.
